Here’s how it works

Step 1

Initial Meeting to introduce each other and to see if a business relationship can develop. Can we work together is the question that has to be answered by both parties. We’ll discuss some of the concerns you have about your business and the direction you are going?

Step 2

Interactive Needs Analysis where together your business is analyzed by writing down the strengths / weaknesses of your company and the opportunities / threats in the market place.

This also includes a look at financial statements for the past three years if possible. Has a business plan been completed in the past? Has a formal marketing plan been implemented in the past as well? There is a cost for this written analysis.

Step 3

Decision on the counselling package. A contractual agreement for a counselling package and an understanding of the commitment involved. Ideally sessions would be held once weekly in which progress is reviewed and new goals set to be achieved for the next counselling session. Sunvik Thor Business Counselling packages start at $650 plus GST..

Step 4

Whatever the package decided upon and the fees attached there is a 50% upfront fee for work to be done.
